Rising at the corner of 1st Avenue and Roosevelt Street in downtown Phoenix, the Union @ Roosevelt project will serve as a gateway retail and residential mixed use development for downtown Phoenix and the Roosevelt Neighborhood. It will consist of 80 residential apartment residences, each with spacious balconies or deck access overlooking the neighborhood and city skyline. Residents will also have reserved access to the underground secured parking garage. The street level uses will boast roughly 9,100 s.f. of restaurant and retail spaces, all scheduled for completion at the end of 2016.
